MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)
At Guangyang Secondary School, we strive to ensure students’ potential to think, lead and advocate is nurtured without financial barriers. Singaporean students who need financial assistance may apply for MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) through the school.
Benefits Under MOE FAS
• 100% subsidy of school and miscellaneous fees
• Free textbooks and school attire
• School meal subsidy for 10 meals per school week
• Public transport subsidy of $21 per month
Income Criteria
• The family's gross household income (GHI) does not exceed $4,000 per month; or per capita income (PCI) does not exceed $1000 per month.
How to Apply
Parents can submit their applications through online e-FAS (opens in new tab) application portal (SingPass required).
Should students do not qualify for MOE FAS, they will automatically be considered for School-based FAS.
