Our signature Career Catalyst Programme guides students in taking ownership of their learning and career journeys, building self-awareness and confidence through hands-on experiences, digital tools, and industry partnerships.
The Career Catalyst Programme equips students with personalised education and career guidance, fostering critical thinking, adaptability, and lifelong learning. Guided by a culture of care and a growth mindset, it aims to enhance early admission success for 20% of the cohort in post-secondary institutions and build stakeholder partnerships. The programme features a holistic design with level-specific components, leveraging technology through the MySkillsFuture Secondary Portal for self-discovery.
Experiential learning, - including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® - facilitated workshops on exploration of values, interests, personality and skills (VIPS) and job shadowing, enrich student experiences. By facilitating access to post-secondary institutions and mentorship opportunities, the programme instils confidence and ensures future readiness. This comprehensive approach empowers students to make informed decisions and navigate smooth transitions to post-secondary education, aligning with the goal of readying students for the future.
